Most moves take 8–12 weeks, but we're always pushing to get your sale/purchase through as quickly as possible. We'll keep things moving behind the scenes and send you regular updates on WhatsApp, so you're never left wondering what's happening.

Your quote covers all the legal heavy lifting for your move. We'll take care of everything from checking your contracts and answering questions to working with your lender and updating the Land Registry. The only other things you'll need to pay for are 'disbursements', these are the costs we pay to others on your behalf, like your local searches, Land Registry fees, and Stamp Duty.

Yes! You'll meet your 'conveyancer' (think solicitor but for property law) shortly after you sign up. They'll send you proactive updates to keep you updated. You can also book a time to speak to them directly.

Because fall throughs are (unfortunately) still pretty common, we've got you covered. If your sale/purchase falls through and it's not your fault, we'll give you a second chance even if you are buying a different property 2nd time round.

You'll make a small initial payment to get the ball rolling, and you won't need to pay the rest of our fee until your sale or purchase completes. Before that time, we'll send over a clear breakdown of everything so you know exactly what's due and when. No hidden charges, no surprises.
